- This website uses no cookies, no analytics tools and no advertising trackers.
- It contains no forms: we only receive your data if you write to us.
- We only use your data to reply to you, and we never sell it.
What data, and why
When you visit the website. Like any web server, the one hosting this site records technical information: IP address, browser type, pages requested, date and time. It is used solely to keep the site secure and working properly, is kept for a limited time and is not used to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the site safe and available.
When you write to us. If you send us an email, we process your name, your email address and the content of your message to reply to you and, where relevant, prepare a proposal. These exchanges are kept as long as needed to follow up on your request, then for no more than three years after the last contact, unless a business relationship follows. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, or our legitimate interest in answering your questions.
Who it is shared with
Your data is never sold or rented. It is only accessible to our technical providers, within the limits of their task: the website host and the email provider. These providers are required to protect your data.

Some buttons lead to external websites (for example a booking tool). Those websites have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to read.
Your rights
You can ask at any time to access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, restrict its use or receive a copy. Simply write to us at the address given above. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
